My background is in dance, fitness and personal training. I am a graduate of UCLA and the Institute of Integrative Nutrition in NY. As a professional dancer for 12 years, I was very active but developed some poor eating habits. Skipping meals, eating too much sugar and not balancing my diet were daily issues for me. A few years after I transitioned from dance to fitness, I added personal training to my repertoire and began to learn more about healthy eating and nutrition. I changed my eating habits and my health and energy improved tremendously! I was so excited to share what I learned, I decided to get certified in Sports and Clinical Nutrition. After a few years of helping people with weight loss and general nutrition, I felt something was missing so I expanded my knowledge and became a Board Certified Holistic Health Coach.
Prior to starting my own company, I worked for several years as a group fitness supervisor, personal trainer, nutritionist and health & wellness manager. I believe what sets me apart is my comprehensive approach to wellness through both fitness and nutrition analysis. I am passionate about supporting others to achieve their best health, in a non-judgmental, relatable way. I work with my clients to help them achieve realistic results and take them to THEIR next level.
