Can I work with you if I don’t live in Los Angeles?
- Yes. We can work together through Zoom, FaceTime, Skype or another service.
Will I lose weight on your program?
- If your goal is weight loss I can certainly design a program for you. My focus is to help you lose body fat and maintain your muscle tissue so you will have long-term success.
What if I have an injury and can’t exercise?
- That’s a perfect time to gain a better understanding of nutrition, how to maintain or lose weight and recover from your injury more quickly. If you can’t burn calories through exercise it’s essential to learn how to control your weight through nutrition.
I’ve tried several diets over the years but the results never last. How is your program different?
- Diet is a 4-letter word. I don’t believe in them. They often yield quick results that are impossible to maintain. My goal is to give you the education and tools you need to develop lasting healthier habits.
I travel and entertain a lot for business so I won’t be able to give up alcohol or eating out. Can your program still help me?
- Yes. We will work on tips and tricks for eating out and traveling, as well as how to incorporate healthier habits without giving up alcohol.
I’m not interested in weight loss. My goal is to be healthier overall. How can you help me with this?
- Together we will design a program that best suits your lifestyle and needs. Improved energy, sleep and focus are all examples of what it means to be healthier.
